THE INDEPENDENCE REVOLUTION 1810-1821 TWO HUNDRED YEARS AFTER ITS CONSUMMATION: A confronting view from the judicial and parish records of Aguascalientes.
Synopsis
The research work that is now presented, allows us to know in an accurate way the way in which social life developed in the Subdelegation of Aguascalientes during the period of independence of Mexico, since its development uses as its main source historical documents of judicial processes, and the records made in the parishes.
From this, Dr. Claudio Antonio Granados Macias, through the analysis of minutes of declarations, interrogations and testimonies obtained from judicial records, describes in a real way, through his interpretation of the facts, the social events of the town of Aguascalientes during the war of independence.
