Synopsis

To understand the present and project the future, it is essential to know the roots that gave rise to the emergence of an educational program offered by the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (UAA) and stemming from the social and economic needs that the State of Aguascalientes presented in the year 1994. We are referring to the Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Thus, it is time to take a pause to remember the path it has taken in celebration of its 30th anniversary.
In the following paragraphs, the events that gave rise to the present of the Bachelor's Degree in Marketing will be recounted over the years in which it has been able to orbit the sun 30 times, inspiring hearts and revolutionizing the minds of dozens of generations of enthusiastic and joyful graduates who communicate great ideas, imagine the unimaginable, and are naturally creative.
The present book is the result of the great commitment of the full-time professors who make up the faculty of the Department of Marketing: Dr. Sandra Yesenia Pinzón Castro, Dr. Elena Patricia Mojica Carrillo, Dr. María del Carmen Martínez Serna, Dr. Gonzalo Maldonado Guzmán, Dr. José Trinidad Marín Aguilar, Dr. Verónica Gabriela Valdivia Plaza, Dr. Adriana Margarita Noyola Medina, M.A. Graciela Salazar Cervantes, and Dr. Vianney Judith Robledo Herrera.
With this book (a memory now encoded in paper so that it is not devoured by the forgetfulness of everyday life), not only those who are part of the history of this degree, but also people from Aguascalientes and other entities have the opportunity to see from its core the history, the work, and the fruits that the Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from UAA has given to society. Thus, this document, inherently important and endearing, not only weaves its thread with the concepts of marketing and memory but also with gratitude, humanism, and social commitment.
