PRACTICAL NOTARIAL MANUAL: GUIDE FOR NOTARY PUBLIC PROJECT DESIGNERS
Synopsis
The notarial function is vast and complex, rich in nuances and the result of an arduous work of specialization, perhaps that is why Monsignor Antolín López Peláez said: “whoever has the probity that the notary's office demands, will strive to acquire the science that is necessary to perform it well”. The notary's office is lived in perpetual learning, so that the Notarial Practical Manual, whose reading we propose, is a didactic and useful work for those who, because of their activity in notarial offices, must know all the basic aspects of the notarial function, in order to master the ars notariae and ensure that the notary can apply with honest professionalism the rules and forms of notarial law, so that the acts and facts that pass before his public faith produce the desired legal effects.
In the efforts of its author, Fernando Brand Ayala, a lawyer with an intense love for the law, I perceive an invitation to deepen the study and improvement of the legal concepts and institutions contemplated in notarial law.
